The entire space is available for guests including the backyard, patio and hot tub. The backyard overlooks a ravine and has direct access to Strathcona South Ravine.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll enjoy nearby ravine pathways, upscale shopping at Aspen Landing, and convenient access to downtown Calgary—all within a refined, private setting.
We have someone shovel snow around the property, including the patio during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal from the garage.
