Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq ft home, including all 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living areas, family room, fitness room, office spaces, basement with ping pong, hot tub, fire pit, and the surrounding 8 acres of private forested property with direct trail access out the back door.

Guests will enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in using a smart lock system. Each reservation is provided with a unique access code, allowing guests to come and go at their convenience throughout their stay. While the home is self-accessed, we are always available to assist with any questions or concerns and can be reached via the Airbnb app or messaging platform whenever needed.

Maintenance is limited to essential snow removal (driveway, deck and paths), garbage collection, and hot tub maintenance. Enjoy complete seclusion in your private sanctuary!

The home is in a quiet, private area, surrounded by woodlands, nature, and trails with instant access to outdoor play such as hiking, biking, xc-skiing, snowshoeing, and much more.

The property backs onto 100s of open government ("Crown") land with nothing but trees. The official West Bragg Creek trails are 5 minutes away.

We have someone remove snow around the property, including the deck during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for maintaining the hot tub and removing garbage from the garage.

Please be advised that there may be a fire ban in place. As a result, the use of the fire pit may not allowed. Any person who ignites, fuels, supervises, maintains, or permits an outdoor fire within the municipal boundaries of Rocky View County during this fire ban may be fined $1,000.
